We accept returns on unopened products that are damaged in shipping only. Once the product has left our warehouse we guarantee purity of product. Should the product show damage upon arrival, it will be handled in the following manner.
- Keep all package material and contents, so the cause of shipping damage can be determined.
- Notify the Post office within 24 hours after receiving the parcel. Damage is very rare and would likely be visable on the packaging upon arrival.
- Notify us via e-mail:
within 24 hrs.
- We will send you proper procedure to follow for product return.
- We only accept returns on damaged product due to shipping - which has not been opened.
- For safety and health reasons, opened product will not be accepted as defective.
